Product
Choose between a full-time program or internship. Either way, you'll build products that can help millions of customers reach financial success. Successful PMs are business focused, technology driven and use customer-first thinking.
Length of program: 1 year full-time program or
10-week internship
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled full-time in traditional two-year MBA program
- Experience with Human Business Technology (HBT) is preferred

Data Science
Tap into the latest computing and machine learning tech in this program for master’s and PhD students. You’ll create dynamic models and leverage a diverse tech stack as you work across teams to unlock opportunities that improve the lives of our customers. Associates are eligible for sponsorship upon joining full-time.
Length of program: 10 weeks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a PhD with an expectation that your degree will be obtained by August 2027 or earlier
- Currently pursuing a Masters with an expectation that your degree will be obtained by August 2026 or earlier
- Open to any STEM degree
- Experience with open source programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with machine learning techniques

Applied Research
Leverage your insights on AI developments to transform customer experiences for good. Associates are eligible for sponsorship upon joining full-time.
Length of program: 12 weeks
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in PhD for computer science, machine learning, computer engineering, applied mathematics, electrical engineering or related fields
- Completed 2nd year of PhD coursework by program start date (for example: 2nd year of PhD program completed by program start date OR qualifies, at minimum, as a 2nd year in PhD program because of completed master’s)
- Focused area of research in one of the following areas: Foundation Models (Language, Vision, Graphs, Time Series), including finetuning and pretraining, Causal Inference, Reinforcement Learning, User Behavior Modeling, Model Optimization
- Publications in leading conferences such as: ICLR, NeurIPs, ICML, ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, KDD, or CVPR

Investment Banking
Launch a career in investment banking with our program designed for MBA students and recent graduates. Influence strategic advisory and financing-related assignments, and grow with networking opportunities, mentorship and exposure to executives across the firm.
Length of program: 2.5 year full-time program or 10-week internship
Requirements:
- Must be pursuing or have already obtained a two-year MBA degree
- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory is preferred
